At Mooièr, we do our utmost to deliver high-quality products and provide excellent service.
Are you not satisfied with your purchase for any reason?
Please read our refund policy below for more information about returns and refunds.

1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
The full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned product, provided the conditions are met.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, returns must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging.

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order via support@mooier-winkel.nl.

  • Certain products, such as personalized items or products with hygiene restrictions (e.g., jewelry or cosmetics), cannot be returned. This will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping Costs
The costs of returning products are at your own expense.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Return Locations
Mooièr uses multiple warehouses worldwide.
The return location for your product may vary depending on the type of product and the original shipping location.

Once you submit a return request, you will receive specific return instructions and the correct return address from us.

Returns sent to the wrong address without our instructions will not be processed.

5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned product, you will receive a confirmation via email.

The full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method, provided all return conditions are met.

Any original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exceptions
In the following cases, we cannot offer a full or partial refund:

  • Products that are damaged or show clear signs of use.

  • Products returned outside the withdrawal period.

  • Personalized or hygiene-sensitive products.

7. How to Submit a Return
Please contact our customer service at support@mooier-winkel.nl to submit your return request.

Include the following details in your email:

  • Your order number.

  • The product you wish to return.

  • The reason for return (optional).

You will then receive further instructions, including the correct return address.
