These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Mooièr via the website.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Mooièr and the consumer.
Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.

3. Offer and Prices
All products and prices on the website are non-binding and subject to change at any time.
Prices include VAT but exclude any shipping costs, which are stated separately during checkout.
Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Mooièr.

4. Ordering and Formation of Agreement
An agreement is established when you place an order and the payment is successfully completed.
Mooièr reserves the right to refuse an order or request additional information before accepting an order.

5. Payment
Payment must be made via the available payment methods on the website, such as iDEAL, credit card, or PayPal.
If a payment fails, the order will not be processed.

6. Delivery
We strive to deliver orders within the indicated delivery time.
Delivery times are indicative and not binding.
Deliveries are carried out by recognized carriers such as PostNL or DHL.
Mooièr is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
During the withdrawal period, you must handle the product and packaging with care.
If possible, return the product in its original condition and packaging.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us at support@mooier-winkel.nl.
The costs of returning products are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.
After receipt of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

8. Liability
Mooièr is not liable for indirect damages, such as consequential damages or lost income, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
In all cases, Mooièr’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9. Warranty
All products are covered by the statutory warranty.
This means that a product must meet what you may reasonably expect from it.
If a product proves defective, contact us at support@mooier-winkel.nl.
We will provide an appropriate solution, such as repair, replacement, or refund.

10. Complaints Procedure
Complaints about a product or our services can be submitted via support@mooier-winkel.nl.
We aim to respond substantively within 14 days.
If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you may submit it to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).

12. Governing Law
All agreements and these general terms and conditions are governed exclusively by US law.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the US.

13. Other Provisions
Mooièr reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions.

If any provision in these terms proves invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully in force.
